Synopsis:

In this magic carpet ride of fun and fantasy, Prince Turhan led an odd group of heroes in an attempt to regain the throne of his ancient land from the evil usurper Bakaar and his loyal follower Vangore. Assisting the prince were mistress of disguise Princess Nida, Fariik the magician, Raseem the strongman and Bez the shapechanger. Along for comic relief and a well-placed kick was the group's small pack mule Zazuum. When provoked, the burro would go berserk and become a tiny whirlwind of devastation.

Arabian Knights was one of several cartoon segments shown on a rotating basis during The Banana Splits Adventure Hour, a show with a cast of live-action actors in animal costumes who performed silly skits and introduced the next Hanna-Barbera cartoon segment or another live-action segment.
